Individuals who use the Service through websites where the Service is installed are referred to as "End Users."

3 What Users Can Expect from the Service
3.1 Overview of the Service
The Service provides the following roles and functionalities to its users:
- Business Users can embed the provided HTML code on their site to place the Quantz button at any location, enabling instant voice communication with End Users. End Users access the service through sites where the Service is integrated, and can ask questions via voice by pressing the Quantz button, thus resolving basic queries.
- Since all AI models are hosted internally and no external APIs are used, no records or business information shared with End Users are stored on external servers accessible to third parties.
- Business Users are provided with a user interface and system to register and manage information that supplies personalized knowledge. Data stored in this system is securely saved on multiple servers managed by the Service.
3.2 Changes, Improvements, and Updates to the Service
If significant changes affecting user experience are made, or if the Service is discontinued, the Service will provide reasonable prior notice to users. However, this excludes urgent situations necessary for preventing fraud, meeting legal requirements, or addressing security or operational issues.
4 Terms of Use for Business Users
4.1 Consent for Collection and Use of Business Information
The Service may collect and store basic information such as the names and locations of Business Users. Data collected by the Service Provider will not be publicly disclosed without consent, although it may be used anonymously for research or analysis.
Users must consent in advance to their personal information being collected, stored, and used for specific purposes.
4.2 Prohibition of Illegal or Harmful Content
Creation of the following types of content is prohibited. If a Business User violates these prohibitions, the Service Provider may permanently suspend their service access and take legal action:
- Content that intimidates users
- Fraud, extortion, threats, or other illegal activities
- Content that is inappropriate for minors under applicable laws
- Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
- Providing false information, impersonation, defamation, bullying, harassment, stalking, or other harmful actions
- Any other content that deliberately causes or promotes illegal or unfair actions
5 Terms of Use for End Users
5.1 Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Service may collect personal information such as End Users' email addresses and profiles, and voice data, which is stored on servers managed by the Service Provider.
The collected data will not be disclosed non-anonymously without user consent but may be used anonymously for research or analysis.
Users must agree in advance to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for specified purposes.
5.2 Prohibition of Access Through Unapproved Interfaces
End Users can only use the Service through the Quantz button installed by Business Users on their websites.
Any other method of accessing the Service or the servers of the Service Provider is considered unauthorized access and may lead to permanent suspension of service use and legal actions.
5.3 Prohibition of Unauthorized Access
If connections to the servers set up by the Service Provider are made for the following purposes, it is considered unauthorized access and may be subject to legal action:
- Attempting to access other users' information
- Causing excessive access load beyond what an End User would typically use
- Modifying and using the embedded software provided by the Service Provider
- Impersonating another Business User to access the Service
- Engaging in spam, hacking, or other actions that compromise the system or security measures of the Service Provider
6 Disclaimers and Warranties
6.1 Disclaimer
The Service Provider endeavors to prevent leakage of users' personal information managed on its servers with due diligence of a good manager. However, in the event of a leakage, the Service Provider will not compensate users for any disadvantage caused by the leakage of personal information.
Please understand that interruptions or performance issues of the Service may occur due to communication environments or other causes.
Responses from the Service are based on registered product information and the learning status of AI, and thus may not always provide accurate information.
The Service is not liable for any disadvantages to users resulting from service interruptions or performance issues, or from the outcomes of service responses.
6.2 Warranties
The Service Provider only guarantees what is promised within the Service itself (including content, functionality, reliability, availability, or the ability to meet user requests) as described in the service terms agreed upon with users and business owners, or as specified by laws that take precedence over these terms.
Except where legally required, the Service does not provide implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights.
7 Measures in Case of Problems
7.1 Content Removal
If the content registered by Business Users on the UI violates these terms, applicable laws, or is reasonably believed to potentially harm the Service Provider, third parties, or other users, the Service Provider has the right to delete all or part of the content. Examples include content that promotes child pornography, human trafficking, or harassment, terrorist content, and content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
7.2 Suspension or Temporary Halting of the Service
